To shorten MRI exams while increasing subjects’ compliance, subsampling Diffusion MRI acquisitions may be desirable. We investigated the impact of following three different subsampling strategies on several histogram metrics. Our results showed that the use of a strategy for optimizing the acquisition order is advisable to improve robustness to exam interruptions and produce less biased estimates. See more.
