In the 2024 European Researchers' Night happen on 27th September, the DBE and iBB’s PhD students Diana Marques and Gonçalo Fernando, the MSc students Beatriz Malhão and Marta Esteves and the IDMEC/iBB PhD student Afonso Gusmão, working on the FCT’s project CleanFish and EU’s FEASTS project coordinated by Frederico Castelo Ferreira, were at Pavilhão do Conhecimento explaining all about the production and 3D bioprinting of cultured fish fillets. The workshop “Um peixe bem impresso, por favor” / “Please, a printed fish for us” captivated many families and curious people interested in knowing everything about this novel field!
