COST-Action Workshop at IST
The 3rd #ML4NGP Workshop on Single-Molecule FRET of non-globular proteins took place at IST- Lisbon from 25-27 September 2024.
This workshop was focused on discussing:
✅ The best-practices to generate, curate and store single-molecular FRET (smFRET) data
✅ smFRET data analysis and interpretation
✅ Integrative approaches, including molecular simulations
✅ The basis for establishing a FRET database

The workshop was organized by Ana Melo (iBB-IST), Alexander Monzon (University of Padova, Italy), Silvio Tosatto (University of Padova, Italy) and Ben Schuler (University of Zurich, Switzerland).
The Workshop was attended by 31 Participants (Leader PIs in smFRET, bioinformatics and MD simulations) from 14 countries (USA, Germany, UK, Italy, Switzerland, Israel, Belgium, Denmark, France, Iceland, Czechia, Hungary, Lithuania, Portugal).
